Friends for over a decade, Jacelyn is an avid art lover, supporter, vintage hunter and collector, while Caireen is an interior designer who over the years has breathed colour and whimsy into Jacelyn’s sweet home, lovingly referred to as Two Two Three.
Two years ago they embarked on a new adventure together, turning Two Two Three into a sought after boutique vacation rental home filled with original artworks, to share with their guests.
It wasn’t long before the idea of hosting a pop up art show in the home was born, combining their shared love of original art, hospitality and community.
The inaugural show in 2023 was a success, with Jacelyn’s cousin Wes stepping in to help out. Proving himself to be an indispensable member, he has now joined Jacelyn and Caireen to make the 2024 show happen.
Intended to highlight local and Alberta artists, we plan to fill the diminutive 750 square foot home from floor to ceiling with a mix of artworks by emerging and mid-career artists. A range of mediums will be represented in this intimate space over a period of three days, attracting new and seasoned collectors alike.
